Formula Student Germany is a premier racing competition where student teams from around the world compete against each other in a series of static and dynamic events in self-constructed formula-style race cars. The five-day competition takes place at the Hockenheimring, where the teams push their cars and themselves to the limit on the famous race track. The 2017 Formula Student Germany competition was held at Hockenheimring on July 8-13, 2017.
Online Workshop | Applications of CFD in Formula Student
During this 4-session online workshop, students will receive a hands-on, interactive introduction to the fundamentals of race car aerodynamics and CFD from leading motorsport aerodynamics experts. Completing the course will enable participants to create precise CFD simulations of their car design and improve their own CFD methodology.
Students who attend the sessions and complete all four homework assignments will receive a SimScale Certificate of Completion which can be added to a resume or course profile on Linkedin.
