AI is moving into engineering workflows faster than most teams can absorb. The question companies are wrestling with isn’t whether to adopt it, but how to build a practical, physics-grounded approach that actually scales.

This 3-session bootcamp tracks that journey end to end: from building the right AI roadmap for your organization, to deploying agentic simulation workflows that compress design cycles from months to hours, to a live masterclass that puts the most advanced agentic techniques in your hands.

Session 1: Scaling AI in Engineering: A Practical Blueprint for Companies of Every Size

You’ll learn:

  • Where AI fits into today’s engineering workflows — and where it doesn’t yet.
  • How Physics AI delivers reliable predictions early in design without replacing high-fidelity simulation.
  • How agentic AI can codify and scale best practices across teams.
  • Why foundation models and open integration are essential for organizations moving from pilots to production.
  • A practical mental model for the transition: data, process, and the cultural side.

Session 2: From Tools to Agents: How Agentic Engineering is Reshaping Simulation-Driven Product Design

    You’ll learn:

  • How to implement agentic workflows that automate complex simulation tasks and scale expert methods across your organization.
  • How to combine Engineering AI with physics-based simulation to determine when to simulate and which models to trust.
  • How Convion compressed design cycles from months to minutes using Physics AI to evaluate thousands of variants.

Session 3: Agentic Engineering Masterclass: Live Simulation and Design Review Workflows

    You’ll learn:

  • The core principles of agentic engineering workflows — and how they differ from AI copilots.
  • Practical deployment strategies from customers of SimScale and CoLab Software.
  • How simulation and collaborative design review connect in an agent-driven workflow.
  • How to evaluate your organization’s readiness and identify the right workflows to start with.

    Co-Founder & CTO

    colab logo

Jeremy Andrews is a mechanical engineer turned technologist who co-founded CoLab after seeing firsthand how slow and fragmented design collaboration can be. While working at Tesla and General Dynamics, he led DFM reviews that could take up to eight weeks on a single part—an experience that sparked his conviction that engineering teams needed a better way to make design decisions. Since founding CoLab with Adam Keating, Jeremy has led the company’s product, engineering, security, and IT organizations—building a platform that customers love, reflected in standout NPS and best-in-class net revenue retention. His technical leadership continues to shape CoLab into the trusted collaboration platform for the world’s most advanced engineering teams.
