Perforated spiral duct

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a way to simulate a perforated spiral duct. The duct is used as a supply air outlet in a ventilation system. The holes are evenly distributed around the circumference of the duct. As there are an estimated 10,000 holes, modelling in CAD is somewhat time-consuming.
And my second question: How can I integrate a known pressure loss, e.g. caused by a filter or silencer, into the model as a simple function?
