I’m working on a simulation for a new heat sink design and am running into meshing issues. The geometry is fairly complex with many small fins, and the mesh keeps failing near the edges.

Steps I’ve taken:
I’ve tried refining the mesh on the fins and adjusting the curvature refinement, but I’m still getting errors.
Specific question:
Does anyone have advice on what mesh settings work best for high-aspect-ratio features like fins? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
