Simulating internal and external flow on a single model

I wish to simulate heat transfer and velocity profile for both inside the wrap around heat pipe (internal volume) and the air flowing on the outside of the heat pipe (external volume). Is this possible? If yes, how can i model and simulate this?

It seems you are asking for a Conjugate Heat Transfer analysis, have a look here:

Make sure to select the original version that allows for two different fluids to be modeled.
