Hello, I am trying to generate a boundary layer by making a refinemente but the layer does not generate as show below in the mesh log.
Can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

Can you try changing the position of the material point? Right now it is placed inside your airfoil, so it creates an internal mesh:

The material point was in thw wrong place but even before whe it was oustide the CAD model, the boundary layer did not seem to inflate. I am running again in order to see if now i can generate it.

Hi, de-activate this option, so that the settings of your boundary layer are independent from the rest of the mesh’s characteristics:

In general, I suggest you use the settings from this case if you wish to continue with the hex-dominant parametric algorithm:
