The model currently has some issues you should fix. For example, there are some gaps in the flow region, resulting in various parts, instead of a single continuous fluid domain, as you can see below:
So to begin with, the model should have be consisting of a single part - the flow region-, otherwise it will not be simulated.
When you fix the model, you can have a look at the following multiphase pages, and use them as reference:
