I got this message

Trying to get a flow simulation for drone propeller, but it is unable to run due to that.

Hi There,
you will have to subtract the rotor blade first form the block, in order to create the fluid volume. Then you can use this single volume to set up your simulation. For such simulation there should always be only one volume part containing your fluid volume.

You can use our Cad-Mode for this operation.

To add on top of what Sebastian linked, I suggest you to analyse what is done in this tutorial, and how the geometry is modeled:

Specially, how the flow region has a void on the propeller location and also the additional cylinder required to define the rotating region.
