Hi, I am trying to create a simulation of this electric motor transfer with conjugate heat transfer but it still produces errors and the simulation is not good, the temperature generated is out of the normal range, is there something wrong with my simulation settings?https://www.simscale.com/workbench/?pid=6513308345796129786&mi=spec%3A83a45ca3-2f20-469e-949e-24c52ffaf4db%2Cservice%3ASIMULATION%2Cstrategy%3A7%2Crun%3A13&ps=analysis%2Fmodel
Hey @366 ,
The meshing log seems to show existence of some cells with volume ratio outside of acceptable range:
The simulation runs also show possible divergence warnings and the residuals confirm that:
The mesh quality tools and adding some refinements would most likely resolve these convergence errors and lead to a better result. Since there are many parts, every detail becomes more critical to overall simulation convergence and results.
Let us know if you need more support here and how it works out for you.
Cheers!
