Unable to select created Internal Flow Volume for material assignment

Hello, I am trying to create a simulation model from a Rhino file, the box has two openings. the box is a solid, so far so good, I am able to select the seed face and the boundaries to create an internal flow volume. Then I deleted the box. But when I want to select air as the material, only the delete solid shows up, not the internal volume. What on earth have I done wrong, I am very frustrated.

thank you for any help someone can provide. and if you can also tell me how I can share the project in my workbench, I would be very happy

Perhaps, seeing the project will be helpful. Here is a previous post from the forum on how to share a project:

Also, perhaps the internal flow volume was not created successfully. When selecting the seed face, select any internal face that will be in contact with the flow region.

When selecting the boundary face, ensure that there is a distinction or a clear boundary between the internal and external domains. In other words, to select the boundary face select the faces that lie between the external environment and the internal.

Thank you, but this issue had nothing to do with the geometry creation, but I had not hit ‘save’ and the chatbot always lead me into the same rabbit hole to try to fix the geometry, thank you, but I am good now,
