Tutorial 3 not working

Hello,

I followed tutorial 3 exactly as described, but I got the following result:

" The following simulation run(s) failed:

  • Run 2

Please check the ‘Event Log’ and ‘Solver log’ for more details. In case of questions, please reach out to support or ask in the forum."

I also cannot access the log, and the progress bar just displays “Error
0 %
0 min - 0.00 core hours” which seems weird.

This specific tutorial is currently not working well, and we are working to update it at all. In this meantime, could you please follow this one up? It is quite similar and very helpful for the same instance.
