I believe you are looking for an internal flow here, right? As far as I can see, the “intake manifold-1” volume already represents the flow region of your model.
Since the flow region was created in your CAD software before importing to SimScale, it’s actually not necessary to run flow volume extraction operations again in SimScale.
So the geometry is almost ready - I would only recommend running a “subtract” operation to remove the paddle volume (tool) from the manifold (target). This can be done in CAD mode. After that, the paddle volume can be deleted from the geometry, as we must use only the flow region for the simulation.
