I am trying to find thermal comfort of one of the room of my university. I am confused about which type of simulation to use !

For thermal comfort, the usual analysis type to use is Convective Heat Transfer. In fact, we have a step-by-step tutorial on thermal comfort, which you can use as a template for your own simulation.
