Shell and tube heat exchanger

I have a shell and tube heat exchanger , the hot fluid flow inside a 4 turn coil and the cooling fluid is in the shell.
I made so many Iterations to my model and the same thing happens everytime, the heat exchange only takes place in the first coil.

Have you checked out the following tutorial yet?

It should give you a good idea of how you can setup multiple flow tracks within the same setup and seems to be what you are looking to do with your project.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
Yes I checked the tutorial and I have all my setup completed and the mesh too.
However no matter what changes I do to my boundary conditions ( inlet temperature, flow rate) , still all heat exchange between the 2 fluids happens only within the first turn in the coil which doesn’t make sense
