You can check other public projects that may be more suitable for your application as well. You can however follow any tutorial on thermal comfort such as this one, and adapt it according to your application.
Can I ask what is the purpose of your application, and what sort of outputs will you be checking at the end? It’ll be more helpful if you could share a link to your project to understand your needs better.
