Thanks for posting your question, and sorry for the delay.
The first thing to do is to adapt the CAD model for that situation, I mean, you must have a place inside the vehicle that the air will pass through and it must be draw in a native CAD software, as for this particular model there is no path for that inside the car.
After adapting the geometry in a CAD software, I recommend you to take a look at this page for more informations on how to perform a volume extraction:
