I need helping to delete this error ( A multi-region mesh was assigned - this analysis-type requires a single-region mesh)

I note the detailed Car park contamination tutorial used Automatic setting for the mesh with the current project set to manual and other highlighted settings turned off.
I also noted that only 5 bodies had been identified in the current CAD deletion process, whereas the Simscale example has 8 deleted solid bodies, which typically leads to the error you have, but the current model has some differences compared to the tutorial, but possibly worth considering.
