Open Inner Region option missing

Using SimScale Fluid Flow / CFD

I’m new to Simscale, trying to simulate airflow through a duct. It appears by watching some tutorials online that I need to “right click on the model name in the top right and select Open Inner Region” This does not exist in my window. Instead I get options to enter the CAD editing platform.

Where can I “open inner regions”?

can you please send me the link to that tutorial?
