I am very new to CFD. I’m not sure what I did wrong.
I want to simulate water coming in through the three water inlets to the right and have it come out the hole on the left. (And have an animation). I want it to show a pressure animation and a velocity animation. Any help is appreciated!

Since you’re interested in the water that flows through the pipe, the first step is to create a flow region. Otherwise you’ll mesh the pipe walls and not the water volume.
To do so, you can run flow volume extraction operations, in your case, an open inner region operation.
Select these 4 highlighted faces as “boundary faces” and pick one inner face as “seed face”.
