Once I’ve uploaded my .STEP file, a face is always missing and I cannot figure out why. I looked at a similar post but it doesn’t have any info on how to solve this issue. Here is the url for the project - SimScale Login

Did you try disabling the optimization options / toggles upon import? See this part of the article to see how to disable those before importing your model: CAD Preparation & Upload | Simulation Setup | SimScale
Which face is missing btw? Could you share a screenshot from your CAD tool as well highlighting the difference between original and imported?

I never realised i could toggle settings! Thanks for the help! Funnily it seems the face doesn’t disappear once I turned on the optimisation option.
