is it possible to simulate heat transfer from Argon flowing in a stainless steel tube to nitrogen atmosphere outside of this tube? Does this tool has embedded thermodynamics properties of argon and nitrogen?

Yes, it is possible to perform such a simulation with the Conjugate Heat Transfer simulation (v1).

I don’t think we have a similar example, but please refer to this tutorial for a heat exchanger application:
