Is it possible to define lumped masses?

Yes.

In FEA it is possible to define a point mass boundary condition. To select its position you can define its cartesian coordinates or select a point in the geometric model. It is also possible to select a center point of geometric elements (faces or volumes) of the CAD model. You must define the mass of the point and can also define the mass’s moment of inertia. The last step is to choose to which geometry the mass is connected and to select the deformation behavior.

More information on point or lumped masses can be found in the documentation.
