Hi, I’m following the following tutorial on CFD on an FS Car: https://www.simscale.com/docs/tutorials/formula-student-car/
In section 1.1, it asks us to edit a copy of our CAD to create an external flow volume. I’m not using the model they have provided, and am instead using a custom model. I’ve already tried to simplify it as much as possible, however while generating the external flow volume I get the following error message:
"Invalid Enclosure Volume
The specified Enclosure box is fully contained in one of the solid regions. Please make to sure to define the dimensions of the Enclosure box such that it overlaps at least partly with void regions not covered by any solid parts.”
I am trying to figure out how to resolve this. Please advise.
