I keep getting errors with my mesh saying my small feature suppression is too large so then I would decrease it and then it would say it is too fine. If I could get some help with my model that would be awesome. I am working with a somewhat small scale as my project revolves around a 22 inch long and 14-inch-wide RC car.
Hi @gkerner002, thanks for posting!
Please share a project link for us to take a closer look. Quick question though - what happens if you leave it as the default value?
Cheers
Igor
Hi Igor,
On default settings I get the following error: “The machine ran out of memory. Restarting run on a larger instance. No core hours will be deducted from your account for the first run.
The mesh could not be generated as the mesh sizing is too fine. Please inspect your settings and try to reduce the fineness of your mesh or your refinement size.”

Hi @gkerner002,
The problem is most likely this refinement:
If I convert the default size to meters, I get roughly 7.6e-4m, which will make your mesh very large. Pelase copy the mesh settings provided here.
Cheers
Igor
Hi Igor, that fixed it! Thank you!
