External flow sim for miniature car

I am trying to simulate the evolution of airflow around a miniature (20 cm) model car when it accelerates from 0 to around 60 kph, to look at how efficient the car’s aero is during acceleration.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you for your concern, I understand that conducting an Aerodynamic Study using CFD is not an easy thing. I would recommend you to take a look at this tutorial, I believe that most of the information there is transferable to your case.
