I’m importing my model from sketchup by make a .stl format then import it to the simscale, but after i upload my .stl file, this error message comes up…

Hi @jfaizi, thanks for posting at our forum 
Unfortunately that’s something that often happens with files in the STL format, so we usually advise users to avoid it. Is there a way to export your file in any other format - such as parasolid or STEP?
That said, I was able to open your CAD and it looks very complex:
I don’t think you’ll be able to run the simulation with a community account since it would be more fitting to use PWC/LBM which are available to our Professional Users only.
