The first problem:
You can see the problem with the mesh in the event log itself. The non-orthogonality is outside the acceptable range. You can use the mesh quality tools to visualize or locate these cells and add appropriate refinements to fix the unacceptable parts.
The second project:
I am unable to open the second project. Please share the project with support for us to be able to take a look at what could have gone wrong.
