Convective heat transfer simulation help

Trying to simulate the airflow of the inlet and outlet in a bus compartment that is driven by the joule heating of a bus bar. The simulation keeps on diverging, as seen in error. Have current in and out, electrical potential, wall, and natural convection boundary conditions. I want to see results on inlet and outlet velocities as well as busbar heating.

In short, look around the region where the divergence took place. There will usually be small faces/gaps in the CAD which cause poor mesh quality locally.

The most robust workflow is to clean up the CAD model, removing these details. In some (rare) cases, adding mesh refinement helps.
