Convective Heat Flux in Conjugate heat trasnfer

Hello,

I am trying to define a convective heat flux with a time varying heat transfer coefficient. I tried looking looking through all the boundary conditions options in Conjugate Heat Transfer v2.0 Simulation Type but could not find any option. It only allows to provide constant heat transfer coefficient.

I know it is available in heat transfer analysis, but that does not have interface resistance that can be defined. So, I cannot use it.

Has anyone tried such a prescription of time varying heat transfer coefficient in Conjugate Heat Transfer Analysis?

Hi!

Good catch, this is one of the few features available in the “heat transfer” solver that is not yet available in CHTv2.
