Hello! It seems like you’ve assigned Wall and Velocity Inlet boundary condition for face2; also Wall and Symmetry boundary condition for face 27. Only one boundary condition should be assigned to each face for a succesful simulation.
Here are some other remarks that may be helpful for your case:
-Since you’re using a full model, you don’t need to define a symmetry boundary condition anywhere.
-Slip Wall boundary condition for the side and top faces , and no-slip wall boundary condition for the bottom face should be enough for this case.
-Velocity inlet and pressure outlet boundary conditions seem alright.
-For this particular case, I’d suggest you to have a look at the boundary condition settings in this following tutorial.(You can ignore the passive species) This should be helpful.
