I need to create a area or surface within a geometry to add force bc on that face, how to create a surface in simscale ???

To assign a boundary condition, you can use the existing faces in your CAD model or create one in the CAD tool and then import it into SimScale.
In case if you are looking to apply a condition in an already existing face in your model, you can use the right click → hide an external face and then use if for the assignment.
