So I have a project, designing a car wanted to test aerodynamics. It keeps giving me problem after problem, can someone help me with setting the mesh up + running the simulation.

please have a look at the tutorial. It explains really good on how to create the flow region, the setup of the boundary conditions, meshing, and post processing.
Also, I noticed that there might be a scaling issue with your Car, when I look at the scaling factor at the bottom it seems like your car is 200m long.
