A multi-region mesh was assigned - this analysis-type requires a single-region mesh

Hello,

I keep receiving this error:
A multi-region mesh was assigned - this analysis-type requires a single-region mesh.

Could anyone advise me on how to fix this so that i can run my simulation?
This is my project.

Hi @emagro: Your current geometry is composed of 3 solids.

Internal CFD needs one volume (internal one) for flow simulation. So you can use ‘Add geometry operation’ in SimScale to get that volume or you do the Boolean join in your CAD and import that device agan.

thank you for the reply! can i ask what i should do with the 'Add geometry operation’, as I get a few options.

For internal CFD you need ‘Closed inner region’.
