2D Meshing in Simscale

Using SimScale CAD & Meshing

Hey all, I am a newbie to CAD and Simscale too.
I need a mesh like this

(formed in ABAQUS) , for simulating a 2d case.

Quick Project Intro:
Consider this as a flow region, middle area as the nozzle, left is the inlet (velocity flow rate conditions to be given) and right is the outlet(pressure conditions to be given)

I tried as you can see in the project link for creating a similar mesh in Simscale, but have been unsuccessful so far badly. Neither am I able to export the req. mesh from ABAQUS as of now.

Hi there,

To upload a mesh to SimScale check this page: Mesh Upload | Simulation Setup | SimScale
As you may know, SimScale does not support 2D mesh creation, however you can try to use the hex dominant parametric, with a resolution of one cell in one of the three directions. Keep in mind that this is not recommended.
