Even though the SimScale compatibility check passed, it’s possible that your browser isn’t correctly configured to handle the 3D rendering that SimScale requires. This is often due to an issue with WebGL, the technology that allows for 3D graphics in your browser.
Here are a few things you can try to resolve this:
1. Check your WebGL 2.0 Status:
The SimScale viewer is based on WebGL 2.0. You can check if your browser has WebGL 2.0 enabled by visiting this test page: WebGL Report.
If the report shows that WebGL 2.0 is not enabled, you’ll need to enable it in your browser’s settings.
2. Enable Hardware Acceleration:
Hardware acceleration is a feature in your browser that allows it to use your computer’s graphics card to speed up graphics-intensive tasks. If this is turned off, it can cause problems with SimScale.
