Well, STL models give this problems form then to then. In your particular case, I think that the problem is with bad triangulation and some warped surfaces. Have a look at the hands for example:
I am not sure this is the exact source of the reported error, or the only one, but I know you need to use a better model for simulation.

Well this happens because it’s an edited rigged model. I saw it hoping that it didn’t give any problems.
