Hey Frank! Could you elaborate what do you mean by grids? I assume you are referring to the framework that defines the mesh. If you came across this term while checking a page, feel free to share it so we see what this is about

Hi I was trying to see if the results were accurate and someone brought up mesh refinements and grids I did understand mesh refinements but I didnt under stand what grids they were talking about could you please explain them?

The grid is practically a composition of lines that intersect, create volumes, and eventually form the mesh of the domain.
Quoting from this page:
The simplest definition of mesh or grid is " the process of dividing the domain in small sub domains" . We can imagine the smallest sub domain as equivalent to a control volume used in the derivations of fluid dynamics and heat transfer equations. The small sub domains are referred as cells or elements in CFD community.
You can check the mesh grid by changing the render mode to ‘Wireframe’:
