onshape has a nice feature. You can view your support tickets (menu point user management).
I could not find this feature in Simscale?!

Hi @wmay,
as far as I know this feature is not supported yet but you can send Feedback, Bugs etc. via the button on the bottom right corner in the Workbench.
@dheiny maybe knows if that will be implemented in the near future and can be seen in the “Manage Account” section of SimScale.
