I did a Frequency Analysis on this part and the eigenfrequencies look reasonable, but the displacements are ridiculously high. The part is only .05m in length, but the displacements are in the 5-10m range. What did I do wrong? Thanks!

For a Frequency Analysis the displacement shapes are correct but the values of the displacement are totally fictitious. If you want actual displacement values then you need to perform a Harmonic or Dynamic analysis. Both of these will allow for material damping and that will provide you more realistic displacement values.
