How do I delete my account?, it NOT free ? Nor private cant even do the simplest of tests
Hi @mvon and sorry that you feel like that.
Let me clarify some things first:
SimScale’s community plan is for free! It will only cost you something if you want to upgrade your plan except if you are a student in a Formula Student (or any other competition) team, write your thesis or are an educator. You can set projects to private if you have the professional, enterprise or academic plan!
You can always contact me privately if you want to get started or have difficulties to run a simulation. I know new environments can be quite frustrating but the PowerUser and myself are here to help you out 
If you change your mind, please contact me and we will definitely find a solution to your problem.
