The problem is probably that your geometry is not watertight thus giving you an erroneous mesh. If you fix the watertightness there should not be such an error again but I have not figured out which part is affected. On top of that always make sure that the material point is inside your domain for internal flow analysis and outside your domain for external flow analysis.
