Surface missing during STEP Import

Hello

I tried importing a part model from OnShape and was successful. However surfaces are missing. Anybody had anything similar? How to fix this?

@adidavinci - was it public project in which you imported the model? So is it possible to have a look at it? In case it’s a private project, could you send an email to support@simscale.com ideally with a screenshot such that we can have a closer look at it?
