Hey @Kj3vla,
I found that some settings were not changed during your meshing under Operation 1, specifically Mesh-to-geometry conformation iterations and Max iterations for mesh conformation. Please go back to the meshing process and double check your setup with the screenshot and the text. At the end you should have 41 illegal cells in your Meshing Log. To see this, just click on the Meshing Log and scroll down to the bottom of the text.
