Is it possible to generate a steady simulation for multiphase simulation (CFD) in simscale?
Could I use simple to make a “pseudo steady” in transient simulation?
I’m not drunk, I’ve seen it in openfoam with simplefoam some years ago

Hi @camilomati !
Will check if that’s possible and get back to you as soon as I know more.

Hey @jousefm ,
Would be interested to know as well! I encountered somewhat similar issues for compressible flow where it is not possible to formulate transonic or supersonic flow for steady-state. Not sure about multi phase .
Cheers.

My friends @jousefm @Get_Barried , whatch this
An approach has been developed to run simulations involving complex physics to steady-state, quickly and reliably. The method is local-time stepping (LTS), in which the time step is manipulated for each individual cell in the mesh, making it as high...

Hi @camilomati !
This is indeed already implemented on our platform
