There are no meshes or simulations inside the project that you shared. However, what you experienced is probably due to a large mesh that you created. How many cells did that mesh have?

Keep in mind this is just an estimation, and it is possible it overestimates the time it takes to mesh the model 
If you are concerned about the meshing time, I recommend that you start with the base (no refinements, fineness level 5), and then gradually add the refinements, until a good mesh quality is achieved.
