Simulation starts diverging

Hey there,

Im trying to simulate our car to evaluate the benefits of a adding a gurney to the rearwing.

Sadly im running into the same error every time. The sim starts diverging after 50-70 iterations. I tried refining the mesh in the regions i got the error note, but it didnt work.
My CFD Model is the excact same, besides the gurney, as in the previous sims, where i got converging results. Mesh settings also didn´t change, so i dont know whats the problem. Help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for posting your question!
To get the accurate results you need to refine your mesh in that region that you have added the gurney and mainly in the rear tire too.
I ran a simulation just changing some numerical parameters to “ignore” these bad mesh regions, and it ran well. Feel free to make a copy and then make your own improvements.
