with your simulation control settingsSimScale automatically detects the number of processors. Unfortunately, it seems like, that the amount of computational power you requested couldn’t be handled at that time since professional users were prioritized over your Simulation job.
As the notification suggested you can either try it at a different time or reduce the mesh size to reduce the computational power required.
