Hello, the iterative process is diverging due to poor mesh quality.
It would be a good idea to remove all the tiny fillets around the model (around 1.5e-5 m in size) and inspect the mesh quality before running an operation.

Hi want to ask i already increase the mesh, still error in the simulation. Please help with my problem

From having a look at the mesh, the quality is still very poor, which is likely causing the simulation to break. Please double check the link in my previous message.
PS: the small faces that I mentioned in the previous message are still there (in red):
You will find similar faces on the other side of the model as well (negative x).
