Simulation assignment

What does this mean: “Simulation assignment on the geometry is not supported. All assignments will be saved on the mesh”

Does it have something to do with me unable to select the part and visualize the shear stress?

Mostly I’m figuring it out, but the shear stresses, The simulations are giving some interesting results.

I have’t expected to see such a drastic effect for the channel wing, situated in the prop intake, to have on the propeller exit flow.
