For a sliding mesh, your best bet will be the multi-purpose solver, which is now available for community users: SimScale Opens Simerics-MP Mesher and Simerics-MP Solver to Its Entire Community, Free to Try for Non-Commercial Use
The incompressible solver supports AMI rotating zones as you mentioned, but it tends to be slower than multi-purpose.
